Change in service

To align with government regulation and to ensure the safety of our customers, we won’t be able to bring the meats directly to the table to cut them. Instead, we will have dedicated carving stations where one server will cut the meat for another server to bring to the table.

As long as the government regulations are in place, we are unable to host the live Samba show on Friday and Saturday.

We strongly recommend reserving in advance via Libro or by phone before you come and eat at one of our restaurants. It will allow us to be better prepared for your arrival and respect distancing between our clients.

Before you get to the restaurant

For the safety of everyone, all customers and employees must first answer no to these questions:

  • Do you have flu symptoms? (Fever, cough, etc.)
  • Have you been in contact with anyone experiencing these symptoms?
  • Have you left the country in the past 14 days?
  • Have you been in contact with someone who was diagnosed with COVID in the last 14 days?

If the answer is yes to one of these questions, you will be asked to change your reservation to a future date.

Inside the restaurant

  • All the staff of our restaurants will wear a mask, a visor, and will have to wash their hands frequently but at least every 15 minutes or before and after handling food or money.
  • All staff are asked the same questions as customers (see above) before their shift and also get their temperature taken. If a fever is detected, they will be automatically returned home for a minimum period of 2 weeks.
  • Our menu will be displayed on boards to avoid unnecessary handling of menus between customers.
  • The wine list will be disinfected between each use.
  • Tables will be spaced out to respect 2 meters distance. Areas were food and drinks are prepared and to which the clients have access will be separated with Plexiglass;
  • Tables and chairs will be disinfected after each customer; 
  • We will increase the frequency of cleaning of our restaurants, including door handles, telephones, frequently touched surfaces and payment terminals;
  • The bathrooms are disinfected between each use, and only one customer at a time is allowed in the room, even if there is more than one toilet available in order to avoid grouping in small places.

Other things to know

  • No items are left on the tables between customers. Glasses, plates, utensils, and other necessities will be brought along during the service. 
  • We ask that you pay by credit or debit card and avoid paying in cash to prevent the handling of cash. If this is not possible, we will accept cash payments.
